His ability to connect with the audience is superb, from singing a special Happy Birthday to singing ethnic songs ( both Spanish and Italian), 50's 60's and 70's etc. His charm and charisma are infectious. He has the rare ability, to elicit sincere emotion in his audience, especially in his rendition of "Mama" "You'll Never Walk Alone" "Because of You" and "I Believe".
